Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
ATT has garnered a worldwide reputation for success, winning many championships. We are proud to pass that same knowledge down to our ultimate members. This program blends the key elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, and conditioning. The instructors for this class are actual professional MMA veterans who have an abundance of knowledge and experience in the sport. Don’t be fooled by the imitation programs out there! ATT has built a solid reputation for winning the world's leading MMA shows, including UFC, STRIKEFORCE, WEC, K-1, DREAMS, and Bellator, among others. Kickboxing
Kickboxing promotes weight loss, develops a toned body, increases cardiovascular conditioning, increases muscular development, increases flexibility, and teaches you a skill you can use to defend yourself—all while taking an amazing fitness class.
Muay Thai
Classes will involve the use of shadowboxing, footwork skills, pad work, heavy bag training, and various partner coordination drills. Traditionally, fighters all over the world seek Muay Thai to improve their effectiveness, and give themselves the edge in the ring. Here at ATT Deerfield, this class is known for its awesome fitness and conditioning, as well as martial arts techniques and strategy. ATT Muay Thai is the perfect stand-up striking class to provide students with the tools they need for the ring, even if you never plan to fight.
Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the American Top Team’s core training programs. The premise of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that a smaller, weaker person can defeat a stronger and larger opponent through leverage and proper technique. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is primarily a ground-fighting art in which the practitioners train in a gi or kimono.
Krav Maga
Originally developed for the Israel Defense Forces, Krav Maga refers to a martial arts technique sourced from boxing, karate, aikido, and other notable martial arts forms. Unlike some other forms of martial arts, Krav Maga focuses more on real-world scenarios and situations, allowing for clear, practical application of it in everyday life.
Kids Programs
The ATT programs are innovative children’s martial arts programs specifically designed to challenge and develop the skills of preteen and teenage children. This program targets the characteristics of youth as well as teenagers and utilizes those characteristics to help them develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The best part is they’re learning and developing through martial arts training. Your child will build dynamic martial arts capabilities while gaining confidence and self-esteem. Martial arts are a fantastic springboard for future success!
Wrestling
Submission grappling is similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in that a lot of the same positions, submissions, and techniques are used and developed. The program combines elements from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, folkstyle wrestling, freestyle wrestling, judo, and sambo. One major difference is there is no kimono or gi used during the training. Instead, students wear rash guards with grappling shorts or board shorts designed not to tear during training.
Boxing
Known as the “Sweet Science,” our boxing program will improve your offensive and defensive punching skills through a series of drills. No black eyes or broken noses here! Learn the proper way to incorporate the heavy bag, shadow box, and focus mitt training to progress in our smart approach to boxing.

Cross Fight Fitness
Cross Fight Fitness describes its strength and conditioning program as a fusion of all the best training methods, with the goal of improving fitness and quality of life. Movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight movements for a great variety of challenging workouts are combined. Equipment used includes war ropes, monkey bars, Thai pads, barbells, dumbbells, punching bags, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and boxes for various exercises.
Judo
Judo is a tremendous and dynamic combat sport that demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that let you lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, it includes techniques that let you pin your opponents to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or joint locks until they submit.
